Following are links to articles on the Korean War I was invited to write for VFW Magazine: 1. On the 50th anniversary of Operation Showdown, in which I had played a small part, I wrote the following account of the operation: Showdown 2. The 60th Korean War anniversary issue of the magazine featured several articles based on casualty statistics from my Korean War battle history. In addition, it included two articles I wrote, one on the activities of the 17th Infantry Regiment and the other on the battle at Chup'a-ri. 3. The following year I was asked to research and write an article on the battle at Tangwon-ni. |
